Particle Standard Target

The Test Target is a very powerful tool for adjustment and control of optics and image-analysis software. A micrometer enables perfect calibration of the measurement functions of a microscope. A field of objects in different forms and sizes allow the user to check rectangles, ellipses, circles, rings and even fibre-shaped objects. Our particle standard target also includes a range of fibre-shaped objects in different sizes. To determine optical distortion there are three different sized arrays of crosshairs. The smallest object on the target is5µm.
