This solution was developed in order to enable precise measurement applications to be performed during microscopic analysis. The main element to this is our unique focussing drive ‘O’ with its precision coarse and fine focus mechanism. The stability of the system means that it can be used with Micro objectives up to 50x. The whole travel range of this focus mount is 70 mm.

When configured with our measuring stages and the 35 mm TV Microscopes (Fixed Mag. or Zoom) it is possible to assemble a complete measurement machine able to very effectively measure to sub ?m precision. This system can be easily adjusted to accommodate a wide variety of sample heights, from flat all the way to 600 mm in height!
