These stands are designed for position microscopes and cameras in relation to the object.

The heavy base and the flexible arm are designed for microscopy and machine vision applications. Virtually vibration free, it is ideal for high magnification applications. The stand is designed to mount 3/8’’ OEM focusing devices.

The OEM focussing device has a 3/8” post for standard integration. The mount for microscopes or machine vision units is standardised at a diameter of 76 mm.

The track stand is ideal for laboratory and factory usage. Designed for microscopy integration with a 76 mm holder. The travel range of 200 mm allows the inspection of objects with different heights.

Measuring Stages

Our measuring stages are compact and very flexible in use. Their accuracy depends on the equipped micrometers screw up to 0.001 mm. All stages are black hard coated and have 4 M5 threads in the underside to mount the stages on flat surfaces or tables. The height of the tables is 35 mm (with exception of 100-MS50-DIG which is 60 mm high) and the maximum load capacity is 10 kg.

Manual Stages with Coaxial Moving Knobs

Our manual stages have high-precision cross-roller-bearings. All stages, except for MIS 100 are equipped with patented coarse adjustment to allow for rapid movement, as well as very accurate positioning. There is a metal plate fixed to the top plate of these stages.

Gliding stages

For the control of large flat samples, e.g. large electronic boards, we recommend the use of gliding stages. This smooth,easy to handle positioning device increases the effectiveness of operations. The gliding stage is lockable in both directions with integrated screws. The construction is solid and the movement is smooth and precise. The tables are delivered with rubber feet for stable positioning even on slippery surfaces.
The tables have threads on the underside also, to enable mounting directly onto flat surfaces.
