Cleanalyzer Advanced

Cleanalyzer Advanced is a high-resolution optical system with fixed magnification optics, making it perfectly suited to processing small quantities of filters (up to 5-10 filters per day). Cleanalyzer Advanced enables analysis of particles down to 50?m and incorporates a motorized focusing device for accurate measurements. The system is fitted with fibre optic ring light illumination and supports fully automatic measurements.

Cleanalyzer Pro is available in 2 versions, measuring down to either 15 µm or 5 µm. Both versions of the Cleanalyzer Pro system offer fully automated process runs including report generation, and maximum repeatability. The high-resolution, locking optical zoom system enables repeatable, ultra precise measurements, delivering perfect images to the analysis software. Filters with dimensions ranging from 55 mm diameter up to 80x80 mm can be accommodated on the high precision PC controlled x/y stage with additional manual joystick. Perfect, uniform illumination and a long life time are provided by a specially optimised LED ringlight illumination.
