Rotating Tilting Tables are designed for control and inspection work. In combination with a stereo microscope they form an ergonomic repair station. Using this table it is possible to rotate a sample effortlessly through 360° and tilt it up to a maximum of 30°. It is also deliverable with a 400 mm diameter stone plate. The metal versions are equipped with magnetic fixations to place and fasten PCB boards as well as ergonomic hand rests. Fixation is realised through a vacuum pump controlled by a foot switch which allows secure fixation in every desired position.

Manual stages have high-precision cross-roller-bearings. All stages, except for MIS 100 are equipped with patented coarse adjustment to allow for rapid movement, as well as very accurate positioning. There is a metal plate fixed to the top plate of these stages.

Analogue Versions

Measuring stages are compact and very flexible in use. Their accuracy depends on the equipped micrometers screw up to 0.001 mm. All stages are black hard coated and have M5 threads to mount it on tables. The height of the tables is 35 mm (with exception of 100-MS50-DIG which is 60 mm high) and the maximum load capacity is 10 kg.

For easy ‘gliding’ manipulation of large flat samples, e.g. large electronic boards, we recommend the use of our gliding stages. These precision, easy to handle positioning devices dramatically increase the effectiveness and repeatability of inspection operations. The gliding stage is lockable in both X & Y directions with integrated screws. Constructed to the highest standards of engineering, they offer very solid construction and extremely smooth and precise movement. The tables are delivered with rubber stand offs for stable positioning, even on slippery surfaces. Our tables are threaded on the underside also, to enable direct mounting onto flat surfaces if required.
